Born and raised in Casa Grande, Arizona, I've spent my entire life in this state — 29 years and counting. I know the Valley the way most people know their own backyard. Before real estate, I was a personal banker at Chase. Good at it, but always felt like something bigger was out there. The moment that changed everything? An accidental conversation at the water cooler with a mortgage executive who almost never left his desk. He told me about meeting Jamie Dimon, the awards, the career — but what stuck with me wasn't the success. It was seeing what real estate had opened up for someone. I went home that night knowing exactly what I was going to do.
